Listed by Tau Beta Pi, Arkansas Alpha Chapter

About

Clarence Craft Park 1650 N. Jordan Lane, Fayetteville AR

This park was named after the late Clarence Craft, a World War II Medal of Honor recipient and active VA Medical Center volunteer.  Volunteers will gain instruction on non-native invasive plant identification and removal techniques, and will help to remove bush honeysuckle and Chinese privet from the areas surrounding this hidden away park and quaint neighborhood pond.  Water and tools will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to wear protective clothing and must wear closed-toe sturdy shoes.   Contact egh001@uark.edu for more information.
