2022 Running of The Hogs 5k/10k/Hog Jog

Join us for the Fifth Annual Running of the Hogs! Join the race on campus or individually through the virtual race option. Participants can compete in either a 5K or a 10K road race or join the 1-mile Hog Jog for walkers and joggers of all ages.

University Recreation and the Arkansas Alumni Association proudly produce the annual Running of the Hogs road race. The event began in 2018 to promote health and wellness on the University of Arkansas campus and in the community.

We also partner with Soles4Souls to collect new or gently worn footwear for impoverished communities.

The sixth Running of the Hogs will be March 5, 2022, at Bud Walton West Lawn. 

All volunteers will get an official 2022 Running of the Hogs shirt.
