About
The University of Arkansas School of Law in partnership with the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation will be hosting an entrepreneurial law pro bono event on March 4, 2023. The event will focus on company formation - including organizational structure and organizational documents. Entrepreneurs who qualify will be partnered with a team of law students and a local supervising attorney. The attorney/student team will meet with the entrepreneur/client for about an hour on the Saturday event. Subject to the complexity of the issues addressed and the attorney’s schedules, we anticipate delivery of materials roughly one month from the event.
Eligibility: All law students are eligible. Rule XV certification not required. No prior training required.
Commitment: 10-20 hours of volunteer work during March, including a 1-hour meeting with the client at the clinic on Saturday, March 4.
