Description

The Help Desk at the 7hills Homeless Center serves the needs of the homeless population in NWA. Although not providing legal advice, the Help Desk provides homeless clients help by assessing their legal needs and referring to the appropriate resource. Legal needs include a variety of issues including criminal warrants, custody matters, protective orders, divorce, and veteran's issues. No attorney client relationship is created in this work and Rule XV certification is not required. Student volunteers work alongside experienced attorneys. 

 

Volunteers work every other Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 am at the 7Hills Day Center in South Fayetteville.
