The Fayetteville Public Education Foundation is hosting its annual Celebration of Excellence at the Air Museum at Drake Field. This event is held to salute supporters of public education and celebrate grantees and scholarship recipients. Volunteers are needed to help with set up, decorating, and tear down for this event. Details for each shift are as follows:
Set up (9:30am-11:30am) includes assembly and set up of stage, chairs, and tables.
Decorating (11:30am-1:30pm) includes assembling centerpieces and placing them on tables.
Tear down (8:30pm-9:30pm) includes disassembling chairs, tables, and stage, as well as cleanup.
Event set up and tear down may require men or the ability to lift heavy objects due to the weight of the stage pieces.
