The City of Fayetteville's Parks and Recreation Department will host the fourth annual Frozen Toes 15K on Kessler Mountain, on Saturday, February 16, 2019. The event is perfect for runners looking to transition from a 5K/10K distance to a longer trail race. The weather might be chilly, but the views from the Kessler Mountain Trails are well worth it!
