Are you bilingual? Do you want to make a difference in a student's life? The Springdale School District needs you to serve our parents, teachers and students as an interpreter during Parent/Teacher Conferences. Conferences are the weeks of March 28 to March 31st and April 4th to April 7. Conferences begin at 3:00pm and end at 7:30pm at most of our schools.
All first time volunteers are asked to attend a training. The training will be conducted at the Springdale School's Administration Builing located at 804 West Johnson Avenue on March 16th at 11:30am or at 5:30pm. The training is less than 90 minutes. A meal will be served at both trainings. If you would like to volunteer but are not able to attend either of the scheduled trainings you may contact me at 750-8706 to arrange a time that is more convenient for you.

Springdale Schools needs volunteers to serve as phone interpreters. Monday thru Thursday the weeks of September 14 and 21.
