About
“Cooking Matters” is an on-campus, hands-on program that teaches the power of a good meal to U of A students. The program has three main components: a nutrition portion, a food-budgeting/buying portion, and a hands-on cooking class. Two different programs are offered: a one-time class, and a 6-week class. The programs are taught in residence halls.
“Cooking Matters” offers a relaxed and open environment to learn more about food, and a place to make connections with others on campus.
