LEAN IN is an incoming freshmen women's program with the mission to educate, encourage and empower women through service. This is a week long service opportunity with various projects occurring throughout the week of August 17th - August 23rd.
The goal of this program is to educate women about service opportunities on and off campus as well as various questions they have about campus life, involvement, dorm life, and any other questions they have. We desire to create a fun and safe environment for these young women so they can feel welcomed and known on campus.
This is a week-long event and will have service as its main focus, but there will also be time to eat meals together, spend time together to get to know one another and learn about the university.
