About
What is Hospice?
Hospice is a specialized type of care designed to provide support to those facing a life-limiting illness, their families, and their caregivers. Hospice care addresses the patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. The goal is to raise the patient's quality of life in a humane and compassionate way so that they may live each day pain-free, with as much comfort and dignity as possible.
The Volunteer Program:
Because everyone has unique talents and skills, volunteer tasks are assigned based on what you enjoy doing. Most volunteer opportunities are flexible in time but we ask for a minimum of 6 months volunteer commitment. Volunteer training and educational volunteer in-services are being provided by Elite Hospice throughout the year.
We serve Springdale and all the all the communities within a 50 mile radius.
