Volunteers are critical to the successful operation of the Museum and the positive relationship we strive to forge with our community.

We want our volunteers’ experiences at the Museum to be as rewarding as possible. Therefore, we provide all new volunteers with a thorough orientation and training relative to the service each volunteer selects.  We offer flexible scheduling and a wide variety of opportunities for individuals with diverse interests and talents.  Your time at the Museum can be spent engaging the public, or assisting behind the scenes—whatever area you are most comfortable in.  You can make a difference here, and your gift of time is a great way to support the Museum, meet new people, and develop new skills.
