Description | Help improve water quality along Palouse's streams and create habitat by planting native trees and shrubs with Palouse Conservation District! Volunteers will have an opportunity to get their hands dirty and give back to the Palouse at various sites within and outside the city of Pullman limits.
Each event is limited to 8 volunteers due to COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing will be enforced, along with a mask. Volunteers must provided their own transportation. Volunteers will meet an AmeriCorps member at the District office at the start of the designated time and then travel to the site. Tools and gloves will be provided. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes and long pants (ones that can get dirty), dress for rain or shine, and bring some water! |
