A tornado touched down in Northwest Arkansas on Wednesday, March 30. This devastating event caused injuries, the demolition of a school, and the destruction of multiple homes. The majority of the damage occurred in Springdale, Arkansas, and tragedy usually affects those in poverty most. I acted as an interpreter between my group and members of the Springdale neighborhood.
