I helped welcome guests as well as helping woth the picture booth and giving directions. Once the event was over I helped take down/clean up the event center area where the bounce houses were(I helped clean off tables and fold up the table cloths). Overall I enjoyed this opportunity!!

For this opportunity, I donated: personal hygiene and first aid items, as well as various baby products to help with the Little Rock Supplies Drive.
Me and three other volunteers helped clean the bakery. We washed and scrubbed flour off the walls and counters. This was my second time volunteering at the Rockin' Baker Bakery and I love the environment!

At this meeting, I got to volunteer and make cards for the Circle of Life Hospice Center. The cards included words of encouragement, and I honestly had a great time making the cards!
I spoke on the student panel for Path Interview Weekend and stayed to help/participate for game night. We played bingo, I got to talk and introduce myself to prospective Path scholars, as well as answering questions on the panel.
For my second honors event (social), I attended Honors College Recess. For this Recess, Chancellor Robinson came to visit and answer questions about campus concerns, his involvement, future campus improvements, and if /when he would be teaching a class.
For my first honors event (academic), I attended an in person workshop with Dr. Treat. The group discussed graduating early, and about different majors/minors that we could add on. We talked about what to do if you have an extra semester or two semesters in undergrad but already have your required classes.
For my academic honors event, I attended Louise Hancox's zoom about internships. I learned about razorlink and Arkansas Alumni Mentoring. I also learned new information about the career development page resources: like "things to do with different majors" and the self assessment survey under career exploration. We talked about informal vs formal internships and what we could do to create our own. That's just a few things we talked about, but I enjoyed the meeting overall!
For this volunteer opportunity, I helped with Christmas decorations and the lights on the Christmas tree. I had to take the lights (that didn't work) off of the trees, and then I put working lights on them.
