I had an amazing time at the Arkansas Children’s hospital. Interacting with the kids was the highlight of everyday. It brought me so much joy to know that I was impacting them in such a short time. Everyone is always super respectful and helpful when I am there! I would highly recommend!
I am so glad that I got to participate in this opportunity to help local pediatric patients!!

I really enjoyed this zoom call. It was really nice to just take a second to reflect on my day. I really appreciated all the tips she gave. One that stuck out to me was that she mentioned when you are on trips not always worrying about what you are posting on social media and trying to be in the moment. This is supper important and I sometimes get wrapped up in that.

I learned a lot of information in this short zoom meeting. Apple seeds was one of the farms that has a ton of opportunities to get involved with their organization. We could go and harvest food and pack produce for food donations. I think it was cool that they were looking for people who speak Spanish to translate their recipes. The botanical garden seem super cool to get involved in. They offer field-trips for kids. They also offer little sprouts which is a story time and activity for preschoolers and their parents.
