Completed the scavenger hunt that we had planned for. This event was so much fun getting to interact with the pairs and the littles. We held the scavenger hunt on campus, having 15 different stops for the big brothers and big sister pairs. They all seemed to have a lot of fun, and also got to see campus and experience all that it offers. I absolutely loved getting to know all of the people involved in the hunt and the event itself.

I spent time organizing the clues and getting everything prepared, formatting wise. After this I went to print out the clues. This took time to print, cut, and prepare for the scavenger hunt. This helped me to better understand Canva and Word.

I emailed back and forth with my group members and with Madeline from Big Brothers Big Sisters. We emailed about a meeting time as well as many of the detail regarding the meeting and the scavenger hunt itself. We, as a group, asked Madeline about various things such as bringing equipment for the hunt and what the prizes should be. It was beneficial to feeling prepared for our meeting and the scavenger hunt.

My group got together with Madeline from Big Brothers Big Sisters on a zoom to talk about the last minute details of the hunt. We discussed the route of our scavenger hunt as well as examples of clues for the pairs. We also talked about budget and what would work best for the prize at the end. It was a very beneficial call that had us ready for the hunt.

Worked on creating the clues for the scavenger hunt. We split the work evenly among the three of us and were all able to contribute to helping the group. I used canva to design clues for the kids and their buddies to go to around campus. Used this time to also communicate with group members over text about the details of the clues.

We met as a group to discuss the last minute details of the scavenger hunt. At this meeting we proposed multiple ideas to increase the experience of the scavenger hunt. We knew we were going to meet with Madeline from BBBS on Wednesday, so we talked about the different things that we could ask her to finalize everything. We also talked about how we would split up the different clues for the hunt.
